During a recent call to a neighborhood in Northwest Harris County, local law enforcement arrested a man wanted on multiple felony charges. Deputies under Constable Mark Herman’s jurisdiction took Shannon Allen into custody without incident. Last Wednesday, in response to a community request in the 13000 block of Windfern Road, deputies approached Allen, who was quickly identified and found to have outstanding warrants, according to the precinct’s social media post.
Allen, confirmed by authorities to hold two active felony warrants for Aggravated Assault and Injury to a Child, was apprehended, and an additional charge for Evading Arrest on Foot was tacked onto his record. "Shannon Allen was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail," Constable's office stated, "His bond was set at $26,000.00 out of the 338th District Court and County Court 12."
