Authorities are on the lookout for two individuals connected to an armed robbery that occurred in the Bronx last month. The NYPD Crimestoppers shared details of the crime on social media, urging the public to come forward with any information.
The incident took place on July 14 at around 12:40 p.m. near Bronx Park East and Lydig Avenue, within the 49th Precinct's jurisdiction. A 41-year-old woman was reportedly waiting for a taxi when she was approached aggressively by the duo. According to a social media post, one of the suspects brandished a firearm and threatened the woman, while the other forcibly relieved her of two chains from around her neck.
