
The New York Police Department is on the lookout for two individuals connected to a robbery and assault that took place in a Bronx store. According to a social media post by NYPD Crimestoppers, the incident occurred on July 28, at a commercial establishment located at 505 East 163 Street; this falls under the jurisdiction of the NYPD 42 Precinct.
The report details that the two unidentified suspects attempted to leave the store without paying for merchandise around 6:40 p.m., and when confronted by a 44-year-old male employee, the individuals responded with violence, punching him multiple times in the head which resulted in pain and swelling, the suspects then fled the scene before authorities could apprehend them.
Investigators are seeking any information that could lead to the apprehension of the suspects involved in this violent crime.
