The shooting occurred along the 6200 block of Everest Way, transforming the normally peaceful area into a crime scene shortly after 2 a.m.
According to CBS Sacramento, deputies responding to reports of gunfire found evidence of extensive shooting across the neighborhood. At least two homes were struck by bullets, along with two to three vehicles, yet remarkably no shooting victims were discovered at the scene.
