A pedestrian was taken to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Green Valley Parkway and Warm Springs Road in Henderson. The crash happened around 4 p.m. on Thursday. Henderson Police and Fire crews responded to the scene. The pedestrian’s condition has not been released, according to News 3 Las Vegas.
Westbound Warm Springs Road between Green Valley Parkway and Valle Verde Drive was closed for several hours after a pedestrian-involved accident. Henderson Police described the investigation as “very active” and said it is not yet known if speed or impairment were factors, as reported by 8 News Now. The road reopened around 6:32 p.m. Police have not released the pedestrian’s identity, and the investigation is ongoing.
