The North Carolina Department of Revenue (NCDOR) announced that its Raleigh service center will relocate this fall from Atlantic Avenue to 2920 Highwoods Boulevard, Suite 300. The exact moving date has not yet been confirmed.
According to the North Carolina Department of Revenue, until the new location opens, the Atlantic Avenue office will remain open and continue serving taxpayers. The service schedule will remain unchanged, with walk-in hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and appointments available on other weekdays.
The North Carolina Department of Revenue stated that the new office will provide the same types of services and assistance. Updates on the official moving date and opening of the new location will be posted on the department’s website.
