A robbery suspect fleeing from law enforcement crashed into a Houston METRO bus, causing several injuries. The incident happened near Yale Street and Interstate 610. The chase began after a robbery in The Woodlands, where "a large quantity" of Louis Vuitton bags was stolen. METRO Police said the suspect’s vehicle got a flat tire, crashed into another car, and that car then hit the METRO bus, according to Fox26Houston.
At the time of the crash, the bus had 10 passengers, Harris County Pct. 1 Constable Alan Rosen said. Four juveniles and one adult were taken to the hospital, as reported by Click2Houston. Metro Police reports also mention that the bus driver and one passenger had minor injuries.
