
The Statesville Police Department has announced a series of events intended to engage with the community. According to the department’s social media post, residents have the opportunity to interact with law enforcement officers during the “Community Fun Day,” scheduled for today, August 1, at 11 a.m. at the Boys & Girls Club of the Piedmont.
The Statesville Police Department is organizing several upcoming events, including the “2025 National Night Out” on October 2 at 5:30 p.m. in Downtown Statesville at West Broad and Mulberry Street, and a “Drug Take Back Event” on October 25 at 10 a.m. at 951 Davie Ave., to promote community engagement and public safety.
These events are part of the department’s ongoing efforts to provide interactive opportunities for Statesville residents and to support communication between the community and local officers.
