Following a series of multi-agency collaborations, the man accused of vandalizing a McDonald police cruiser has been apprehended. The McDonald Police Department shared an update on social media, detailing that with the cooperative efforts of local and state law enforcement, they were able to close in on the suspect, according to a report by WPXI. In an act of destruction, which took place earlier this year, an officer within the confines of the McDonald station heard a startling commotion, discovering soon after that the driver's side window of a police cruiser had been broken.
Jacob Tigner, hailing from McDonald, was identified as the culprit following an investigation that yielded video evidence of a masked figure wielding a metal baseball bat, circling the building in a menacing sprawl. Fleeing the jurisdiction with several criminal cases hanging over his head, Tigner's run from the law came to an end in Dallas County, Iowa, WPXI reported. The coordinated efforts to bring him back to face justice included cooperation from various departments, such as the Mount Pleasant Township Police and the Pennsylvania State Police.
