
The Tacoma Police Department has confirmed the arrest of three individuals in connection with a homicide case dating back to November 2024. According to the official social media post, the incident took place on November 27, 2024, around 9:30 p.m. in the 7400 block of South Oakes Street, Tacoma. Upon their arrival, officers discovered an adult male victim, prompting further investigation by Crime Scene Technicians and detectives that led to classifying the death as a homicide.
As the Tacoma Police Department worked through the case, probable cause emerged, pointing to three suspects. After developing these leads, the first arrest was made on January 6, 2025, where a 47-year-old male found himself in the custody of the Tacoma Police, charged with Murder in the First Degree. This suspect was subsequently booked into Pierce County Jail as the investigation continued.
Several months later, on August 15, 2025, the Tacoma Police Department made additional progress. Two females, aged 45 and 42, were arrested and booked into Pierce County Jail, also facing charges of Murder in the First Degree in connection with the same incident, rounding out the trio of suspects tied to this ongoing investigation.
The suspects' identities have not been released pending further judicial proceedings. However, the Tacoma Police Department has expressed a commitment to providing updates as the case progresses.
