According to CBS Austin, Brown left a family member's home located in the 400 block of Sloan Street on Sunday and was last seen making disturbing statements indicative of suicidal intent.
Brown, who is described as a black man with brown eyes and black and gray hair, weighs around 165 lbs, and stands at 5'11, has a distinctive scar on his forehead and an obvious limp when walking. On the day he went missing, he was seen wearing a yellow polo shirt, black pants, and white, with red soles. The Taylor police emphasized that Brown suffers from severe epilepsy, which necessitates ongoing medication; without it, or if he were intoxicated, there's a risk he could act out violently.
In their continued efforts to find Brown, law enforcement officers are extending their appeal for information from anyone in the vicinity. KVUE reports added that David Brown does not possess a vehicle, nor does he have a phone, nor known associations in Taylor, increasing concerns for his welfare given his disconnected situation.
