Three individuals were arrested in connection with a South Sacramento shooting last Saturday, as reported by the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office's post. The incident, which left a juvenile male with a torso gunshot wound, occurred near Stockton Boulevard and Gerber Road. Responding deputies provided first aid until the victim was transported to the hospital, where he is reportedly expected to recover.
Following the shooting, deputies identified and stopped a Toyota sedan that matched the suspect vehicle's description. Inside, they detained an adult male, a juvenile male, and a juvenile female. A search of the vehicle uncovered loaded firearms, extended magazines, ammunition, and narcotics. The investigation revealed that the three had allegedly conspired to locate and shoot the victim.
All three suspects have been taken into custody, facing multiple felony charges, including attempted murder. While the identities of the two juveniles have not been disclosed and their court information remains shielded by the Juvenile Courts, 22-year-old Cergio Otterbravo is expected to face a judge tomorrow, suggesting a swift move through the legal proceedings.
