
Two men are receiving medical care following a gunfire incident that took place in North Braddock early today. According to WPXI, Allegheny County Police were called to the scene on Seddon Avenue around 12:23 a.m. following reports of a shooting. Shortly thereafter, at 12:24 a.m., Turtle Creek police were alerted to two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds within a vehicle near Penn Plaza.
In the aftermath of the violent event, the Turtle Creek police discovered a vehicle smeared with blood. A Channel 11 Crew reported seeing a car in Turtle Creek pierced with bullet holes, its rear window shattered, the surroundings bordered off by yellow caution tape.
WTAE notes that these same men later arrived at a hospital, each with gunshot wounds to their backs. They were assisted by a family member who facilitated their transport. The current state of their health remains undisclosed as they undergo treatment for the injuries sustained.
As the investigation continues, no suspects have been identified or arrested yet.
