Two women have been arrested for shoplifting at the Houston Premium Outlet Mall, reportedly caught nicking over $600 worth of goods from Tommy Hilfiger and Old Navy, in what appears to be a failed discount scheme of their own devising. The constable deputies responded to a call from the mall located at the 29300 block of the Northwest Freeway, swiftly detaining the duo for their alleged theft.
The incident took place at a busy Houston shopping area, where two women were caught trying to shoplift. One of them also had an ID card that didn’t belong to her, according to a Facebook post by the Precinct 4 Constable's Office.
After the arrest, the Precinct 4 Constable's Office praised their deputies on social media, saying, "Great work by our deputies!" They also encouraged Houstonians to follow them on Facebook and download their app, 'C4 NOW,' which provides live updates on crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic incidents in the area.
