The Upper Arlington Police Division is expanding its ranks with the addition of three new officers, a step that reinforces the department's ongoing commitment to public safety and service. In a ceremony held at the Municipal Services Center, family, friends, and City staff gathered to witness the swearing-in of individuals ready to serve and protect.
Among the new additions are Officers Cole Harms and Michael Haas, seasoned law enforcement veterans who've decided to bring their expertise to Upper Arlington. Their experience, hailing from other agencies, should prove to be an asset to the Division. As reported by the City of Upper Arlington's official announcement, both officers were presented badges during the ceremony and are slated to kick off their local training this month.
Also taking the oath was Dominic Cesaro, a newcomer to the force who will venture to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Academy for basic peace officer training. His academic journey is expected to culminate in January 2026, at which time he'll commence his tenure with the Division, bringing a fresh perspective to the seasoned team.
