Mr. Brown was last confirmed to be seen on Friday at 11:02 a.m. via surveillance footage at McKinley Marina, located at 1750 N. Lincoln Memorial Drive in Milwaukee. The video shows him, dressed in a blue and white checkered flannel shirt and dark shorts, complemented by brown flip-flops, seemingly to casually go towards his docked sailboat. His vessel, "Rossa," a red and white Bristol B32 sailboat with the registration number WS1746GL, has also not been seen since that Friday.
