In a determined crackdown on child exploitation, the Solano County Sheriff's Office has made a notable arrest in a case involving Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Following an extensive investigation by the Sheriff's Office Investigations Bureau, detectives led a search operation in Vallejo, culminating last Tuesday, with the arrest of 22-year-old Andre Paglinawan, as announced on the Solano County Sheriff's Office Facebook page.
The operation, conducted in collaboration with the Solano County Sheriff's Office Special Enforcement Team and the Vacaville Police Department, produced evidence that substantiated the allegations against the suspect. While involved in the arrest, deputies from the Sheriff's Office Investigations Bureau booked Paglinawan into Solano County Jail, who is now held on a $200,000 bail.
