A Winters man has been sentenced to 30 days in prison for a sexual assault that took place aboard a flight from Seattle to Sacramento, prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney's Office Eastern District of California confirmed. Jeff Lorenzo, a 40-year old resident of Yolo County town of Winters, was found guilty of touching a 20-year-old woman without her consent during the flight on August 9, 2024. According to a report by KCRA, the victim was seated between Lorenzo and his coworker when the incident occurred.
Lorenzo's actions reportedly included grazing the woman's leg with his hand, pressing her arm onto her breast multiple times and at one point, placing his head near her crotch under the pretense of retrieving a dropped phone.
