
A 23-year-old man has died following a shooting that occurred during a domestic dispute in Port Huron. Police reported that they responded to a distress call near 11:21 p.m. on Wednesday in the 1400 block of 10th Avenue, where they found the man with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. Immediate efforts to save his life were administered until emergency medical services arrived, and he was transported to a local hospital. He was later pronounced dead, CBS News Detroit reports.
According to information provided by the Port Huron Police Department, a 40-year-old woman was arrested at the scene and is currently being held at the St. Clair County Jail. The presence of an 11-year-old child, who was found unharmed.
