
30-year-old Eduardo Aguilar of Allen Park died after a fall in a construction zone. The incident happened last Monday, while he was placing barrels along eastbound US 10 in Jerome Township, according to Audacy.
While working from the back of a Chevy Silverado, Eduardo Aguilar fell and struck his head on the pavement, as reported by ABC12. He was taken to a local hospital by EMS, but the Midland County Sheriff’s Office confirmed he died on Sunday. Aguilar had been working on a road project at the time of the incident.
The Midland County Sheriff’s Office reported that the 24-year-old driver of the pickup truck involved in Eduardo Aguilar’s fall was not injured, as per MidMichiganNow. Authorities are investigating whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the incident, but toxicology results are still pending.
