Meanwhile, the Baltimore Police Department's Western District and Bolton Hill residents are rallying for public assistance in identifying a suspect linked to the spree, the confusion is compounded by the fact that valuable items are often left untouched within the burglarized homes, leading to speculation on the perpetrator's intent as drugs or guns may be the target, but the motive remains a mystery, as noted by Prost in a CBS News report.
