The incident, which left a 74-year-old man with a broken rib and facial lacerations, occurred on September 1 at about 7:00 a.m. in front of 57 Mill Street. The suspect, who remains unidentified, reportedly shoved the elderly man to the ground, resulting in his injuries.
According to a social media post by NYPD Crimestoppers, the incident was unprovoked, and the authorities are seeking the public's assistance in identifying and apprehending the assailant.
