Constable Mark Herman's Office is asking the public for help after a theft at a local HEB store. Two women were caught on surveillance video stealing baby formula and cosmetics worth over $300, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4

On August 31, two individuals were seen concealing items in a diaper bag and stroller before leaving an HEB store without paying. The incident happened around 6:25 p.m. at the HEB in the 28500 block of Northwest Freeway. The store reported a loss of $315.36 in merchandise, and the theft was captured on camera, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4

"If you have any information regarding this case, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement and refer to case number 2509-00624," Constable Mark Herman said in a statement. The message was posted on the Precinct 4 Facebook page, where, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4, authorities also shared images of the suspects and promoted the C4 NOW mobile app for updates on crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic incidents.
