Last Friday, Harris County deputies chased James Higdon, a convicted felon, after he did not stop during a traffic stop on the 23400 block of Cranberry Trail. The chase ended when deputies were able to stop his vehicle, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"James Higdon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle,” the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported. His bond was set at $15,000 by the 178th District Court.
