Tragedy struck a Dallas neighborhood this past week when 26-year-old Destinee Police was fatally shot. The Dallas Police responded to a call on Tuesday, finding Ms. Police deceased at the scene in the 2600 block of Wilhurt Avenue. The time was approximately 5:40 p.m. when officers were dispatched following the emergency call, as per the Dallas Police Department.
An arrest warrant for Murder has been issued against 23-year-old Jalance Lane, who is believed to have quickly fled after the shooting. The circumstances surrounding the incident are still under investigation, which bears the case number 137422-2025. Dallas-Fire Rescue has pronounced Ms. Police dead at the scene upon their arrival.
