Yesterday, Dallas Police were called to a scene of violence at 4100 Cedar Springs Road. The Dallas Police Department reports a shooting incident that claimed the life of Thomas Sebastinelli, aged 48. The victim was shot, and despite the prompt response from Dallas Fire-Rescue, Sebastinelli succumbed to his injuries.
Earnest Polk, a 32-year-old man, has been apprehended in connection with the homicide. Charged with Murder, Polk is currently awaiting further legal proceedings. At the time of the arrest, responding officers were rapidly at the scene and managed to secure it without further incident.
