Property owners in the area are poised to potentially benefit from modest decreases in insurance premiums, which could be trimmed by 1-2% for commercial and residential policies.
The ascent to the high rank of Class 1, an improvement over the previous Class 2 rating instituted in 2018, is a culmination of the City's diligent implementation of its Strategic Plan.
