The Detroit community is being asked to help find 60-year-old Fredrick Harvey, who has been missing since August 24 after leaving his home on Keating Street. It's been over a month, and there's still no sign of him, as reported by ClickOnDetroit.
Fredrick Harvey is 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs about 140 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair. His sister says he has schizophrenia, according to ClickOnDetroit. It's not known what he was wearing when he went missing. Police and his family are asking anyone with information to come forward and help find him.
In a bid to reach a broader audience, the Detroit Police Department's 11th Precinct has also turned to social media, sharing a post that seeks the public's assistance. "Please help us find missing Fredrick Harvey. If you have any information, please call the Detroit Police Department's 11th Precinct at 313-596-1140," the Detroit Police Department's Facebook post pleads.
