
The Detroit Police Department is actively seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing 13-year-old girl, Jamirah Mchenry, who vanished from her home on the city's northwest side last Friday. According to ClickOnDetroit, Jamirah was last seen leaving her residence in the 15400 block of Prest Street without permission and has not made contact since.
She is described to have been wearing a navy blue shirt and navy blue pajama pants at the time of her disappearance. Information released by the Detroit Police Department's Missing highlights her physical characteristics: about 5′6″ tall, weighing around 150 pounds, with black braided hair and brown eyes. Concerned authorities are asking anyone with information to please come forward to aid in safely locating the young girl.
