She is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with black braided hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, Johnson was wearing a green and red hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and was carrying a black book bag. Raneycia’s mother has expressed additional concern, revealing her daughter's struggle with schizophrenia, which may increase the urgency of finding the young woman.
