Last Friday, a deputy from Constable Mark Herman's Office stopped a driver on Cypresswood Drive for an alleged traffic violation. The driver, Angie Hidalgo, appeared to be under the influence, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
A driver underwent Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and allegedly failed, leading to an arrest for Driving While Intoxicated.
