
This morning, a pedestrian incident in Roseville turned fatal when a vehicle struck an individual at the intersection of Douglas Boulevard and King Road. ABC10 reports that Roseville police were called to the scene around 6 a.m., where they found the pedestrian suffering from critical injuries that proved to be fatal.
According to police, early signs indicate that DUI was not a factor in this incident. The Major Accident Investigation Team of Roseville has since closed off the road, and the closures are expected to persist for several hours as their investigation unfolds. Police are urging the public to avoid the intersection and are suggesting alternative routes until the road is reopened.
