A fatal crash on State Route 12 in Santa Rosa claimed the life of a driver late Sunday night, according to a social media post from the CHP Santa Rosa. The collision, involving a Chevrolet Silverado, occurred eastbound, just west of Dutton Avenue, where, for reasons not yet clear, the vehicle veered off the road and met with a tree. CHP Santa Rosa responded to the tragic incident at approximately 11:58 p.m. yesterday.
Upon their arrival, emergency services, including fire personnel, found the Chevrolet's driver, who was the sole occupant, had already succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash.
