
The Folsom Police Department is seeking the public's help following a robbery that unfolded in the parking lot of Nordstrom Rack at 440 Palladio Parkway. According to a recent social media post by the department, the incident occurred last Thursday, shortly before 8 PM. A victim, who remains unnamed for privacy and safety reasons, faced a life-threatening situation when robbed at gunpoint.
Police described the suspect as a Black male adult, donning a red shirt layered over a black long-sleeve shirt, complemented by blue jeans. Arriving in a white early 2000s sedan, the suspect took the victim's personal property and fled the scene within minutes—a mere four minutes upon their arrival at approximately 7:44 PM. The suspect was last seen driving south on Palladio Parkway, then taking a turn westbound onto Iron Point Road, the vehicle's tires barely having the chance to cool.
Concerned residents and potential witnesses are urged to come forward with any information that could further the investigation. "We are asking anyone who witnessed this incident or who may have information about the suspect or vehicle to contact the Folsom Police Department," as stated in the social media post.
