
A tragic accident occurred in Scioto County yesterday morning when a 35-year-old Georgia man died in a paraglider crash. The incident, which took place near Earl Thomas Conley Park off U.S. Route 52, was responded to by the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) around 9:35 a.m., WBNS reported.
According to witnesses, as mentioned by OSHP, the paraglider was seen falling from the sky while flying over a field adjacent to the Ohio River. In the statement obtained by WHIO, OSHP dispatched troopers following the report of the accident, which ultimately claimed the life of the unnamed man.
