Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded after the woman reported that Estrada made unwanted advances during a visit to watch a movie, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.

Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported that Estrada allegedly grabbed a victim by the face and neck after being told to stop, causing pain. He is wanted for Assault by County Court 16 and remains at large. His bond is set at $100. The Constable's office asks anyone with information to contact them.

According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, Constable Mark Herman’s office posted seeking help to find a suspect. "Marcelino Estrada is currently wanted through Harris County for Assault through County Court 16. His bond has been set at $100.00. If you have any information as to his whereabouts, you are asked to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement and refer to case number 2509-02208," the post said. Residents are advised to download the constable’s mobile app “C4 NOW” and follow the Facebook page for updates on local crime and safety.
