
On Tuesday, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 deputies responded to a vehicle accident on Kuykendahl Road and found that the driver, Enrique Tadeo, showed signs of intoxication. Deputies confirmed his condition at the scene, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputies administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and determined that Enrique Tadeo was impaired, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4. During the investigation, deputies also found a firearm in his possession, escalating the incident from a traffic crash to a public safety concern.
"Enrique Tadeo was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon," according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page. His bond was set at $200 out of County Court 7. The constable’s office encouraged residents to stay updated through its social media and the “C4 NOW” mobile app, which provides information on crime, arrests, safety tips, and traffic conditions.
