Last Thursday, deputies with Harris County Constable Precinct 4 responded to a call about a man with a firearm in the backyard of a home in the 21800 block of Morgan Park Lane. Deputies identified the suspect as Levi Wayne Henry, who was also found carrying methamphetamine, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputies with Harris County Constable Precinct 4 responded to a disturbance call that led to the arrest of Levi Wayne Henry. Authorities said his criminal record prevented him from legally possessing a firearm. "Levi Wayne Henry was arrested, transported to the Harris County Jail, and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon," quoted Constable Mark Herman.
Setting his bond at a resounding $20,000.00 out of the 209th District Court, Henry is currently held at the Harris County Jail.
