Constable Mark Herman's Office successfully apprehended a suspect, known to be wanted on a felony drug possession charge, in a sting operation conducted last month. On August 23, deputies spotted Wesley Weber, the man with an open warrant, near a residence on Misty Morning Dr. Weber was arrested and a subsequent search revealed he had 2.9 grams of methamphetamine on his person, according to a Precinct 4 Facebook post.
Following his arrest, deputies booked Weber into the Harris County Jail on his open warrant and additionally charged him for Possession of a Controlled Substance. With a substantial bond set at $10,000.00 by the 482nd District Court.
