Deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office arrested Ashayla Davis on Monday in the 20300 block of Fox Stone Lane. She was taken into custody on an open warrant for a Terroristic Threat connected to a previous case, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Deputies took Ashayla Davis into custody after a short struggle when she attempted to run into her residence. The Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported, "Ashayla Davis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant and charged with Resisting Arrest. Her total bond was set at $200.00 out of County Court 5."
Davis fled on foot before being arrested, and the incident was added to public records. According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, the office has introduced the C4 NOW mobile app, which provides real-time updates on crime, arrests, safety tips, traffic incidents, and road conditions.
