Constable Mark Herman's deputies detained a driver on suspicion of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol last Wednesday The individual, identified as Clifton Cox, exhibited signs consistent with intoxication, prompting the stop, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Cox declined to participate in the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests offered by the law enforcement officials, resulting in the acquisition of a search warrant to obtain a blood sample for further evidence. After the refusal and subsequent legal steps, "Clifton Cox was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail", charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
