On Monday, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a called-in disturbance on the 3900 block of Atascocita Road. The man involved in the incident, identified as John Hernandez, was later discovered to have a more troubling background than the initial disturbance indicated.
Deputies discovered an active felony warrant for Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact against him. According to a social media post by Constable Mark Herman's Office, "John Hernandez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrant. His bond has not been set at this time out of the 248th District Court."
