On the evening of August 22, Harris County deputies were called to a disturbance on Green Springs Drive. A complaint was lodged against Brandon Johns for making death threats. The information from the Constable's Office, which was detailed in a social media post, stated that deputies contacted the complainant who reported known suspect Johns verbally threatened to kill them.
After the encounter, Johns was taken into custody. According to a statement posted by the Constable's Office, "Brandon Johns was arrested and booked to the Harris County Jail, charged with Harassment. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 12."
