
Constables from Harris County Precinct 4 arrested a man after a car crash on Sunday. The crash happened in the 1000 block of N. Sam Houston Parkway E., and the driver, Fildelmar Martinez, showed signs of intoxication, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Upon arrival, deputies from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests to Martinez. The tests indicated impairment from alcohol. Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported on its official Facebook page: “Fildelmar Martinez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated."
Martinez was charged with a bond of $100.00 set by County Court 2. The arrest is part of Constable Herman's Office efforts to reduce drunk driving.
