A hit-and-run on the 8700 block of Farm Ridge Lane led to the arrest of Rigoberto Diaz-Rincon. Harris County Constable Precinct 4 reported that the crash happened last Thursday and involved a male driver striking multiple vehicles before fleeing without giving any information.
Responding deputies investigated and located Mr. Diaz-Rincon at a nearby residence after he had fled. "Rigoberto Diaz-Rincon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Failure to Stop and Give Information." His bond was set at $100 by County Court 16, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, Constable Herman's Office urges residents to stay updated on local incidents through their mobile app "C4 NOW," which provides live feeds on crime, road conditions, and other neighborhood issues. A recent hit-and-run led to the arrest of Diaz-Rincon, who was charged with a misdemeanor. Deputies responded promptly to the incident.
