Samantha Farquhar was arrested during a traffic stop on Friday near the 17700 block of W Lake Houston Parkway, Constable Mark Herman’s Office said on Facebook. She faces charges of burglary, identity theft, and giving false information to a peace officer, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
During a traffic stop, Farquhar gave a driver’s license that was not hers, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4. An investigation linked her to a recent burglary in Montgomery County, and deputies discovered she had multiple identification documents belonging to other people.
"Samantha Farquhar was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Failure to Identify – Provide False Information," after possessing identifying documents belonging to other people. Additional charges are pending as investigators review her case. According to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page, the office is sharing updates on this and other local incidents through their Facebook page and the C4 NOW mobile app.
