
Hernando County has issued a public notice of the Board of County Commissioners’ intent to enter into a purchase and sale agreement for real estate at 18885 Cortez Blvd. The property, identified by keys #972772 and #1251424, includes Lot 4 (excluding the southernmost 42 feet), Lots 5 and 6, and adjoining streets “C” Street, “D” Street, and the east half of Abbey Avenue in the Parson Addition to the City of Brooksville. The agreement will be considered on Tuesday next week at 9:00 a.m. in the County Commission Chambers, as per the Hernando County release.
Details of the agreement are available for public inspection at the Hernando County Administrative Office from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Individuals may voice objections at the meeting or submit them in writing to the County Commissioners.
The hearing will accept input from all individuals. Hernando County also complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will provide accommodations upon request. Residents are advised to ensure a verbatim record of the hearing if they plan to contest the Board’s decision.
