Hernando County will hold a public hearing on Tuesday next week at 9:00 AM in the John Law Ayers County Commission Chambers at the Hernando County Government Center, 20 North Main Street, Room 160, Brooksville, Florida. The hearing will address a settlement agreement with New Vista Builders Group, LLC, concerning a dispute under the Florida Prompt Payment Act and Contract 21-C0008 for Fire Station #5. The meeting agenda, including case details, will be published closer to the date, as per the Hernando County release.
Residents are invited to attend and provide input. Those wishing to challenge decisions from the hearing will need a record of the proceedings, including testimonies and evidence.
