Overnight lows in Houston are around 74 to 75 degrees. "This summertime pattern is holding steady, and any hope for a real cool-down or cold front is, unfortunately, not likely on the horizon," as reported by Click2Houston. Rain chances may increase slightly on the weekend, with scattered storms possible during the warmer parts of the day. The autumnal equinox and Rosh Hashanah are coming, marking the start of fall.
Houstonians are advised to stay prepared as the hurricane season continues. "A tropical wave in the eastern Atlantic is stirring up disorganized thunderstorms.
