Last Saturday, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office stopped a driver in the 8400 block of Katy Freeway. The driver, Walter Cameron, showed signs of intoxication, and an eight-year-old child was also in the vehicle, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Officers gave Cameron Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which showed he was driving under the influence. Records showed this was his third DUI, and a child was in the vehicle at the time, as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"Walter Cameron was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $20,000.00 out of the 176th District Court," according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page. A child was in the vehicle at the time, but no additional charges were reported.
